Monday, Sometimes It Just Turns Out That Way

Because of circumstances taking place, I will be unable to get to the Disneyland Resort this coming Thursday, May 26, 2011.  And seeing my situation, this morning looked to be the only time this week for me to head to the Resort.

So I got up early to get started on my day.

Looking outside my bedroom window, it looks like the Radiator Springs Racers track pieces are finally being taken to the Cars Land site

Those track pieces have been behind the Toy Story Parking Lot for a very long time.

I decided to just walk to the Resort. And by 10:20 there was a line to get into Disney California Adventure

Looking at the Carthay Circle Theatre

Heading towards Paradise Pier

The "new" view

Checking out Cars Land construction

More testing taking place at Goofy's Sky School

Looking at The Little Mermaid attraction building from across the bay. At least, only a small section of World of Color platform was seen

What a cute little cart for the Caricatures

A little "plane" coming around the bend

Uh-oh Watch out, student driver!

Work continues with the soon-to-be new entrance to Disney California Adventure

Disneyland time!

Main Street decked out with flag and patriotic banners

Getting on the Mark Twain to check out the small building being built next to the station dock

Splash Mountain

Over at Star Tours....

Many people were being turned away today from riding Star Tours because...

... it was AP previews for the attraction.

A window on Main Street decked out with some patriotic decorations

Not only can Duffy be bought inside Disneyland, but it appears he is also a Graduating bear

Heading out of the Resort

Thanks for stopping by
It looks like the next time I will visit the Resort will be on June2, 2011.  If I am able to get to the Resort before that date, I will tweet it :)

Until next time...
