Changing of the guards at the Cozy Cone Motel

It looks like a new section or rail have been installed at Luigi's Flying Tires attraction exit.  I have seen Guests in the planter area while they wait for their party to exit the ride. This is usually one of the few spots that has shade as well, so Guests would all gather in the area.  With cactus and other desert plant life in there, maybe people were getting pricked. So for their safety, extended rails have been installed with the hopes that it would prevent Guests from entering the planters

FastPass machines have been removed from the Radiator Springs Racers FastPass Distribution area. At the moment, it is being used as a place for strollers.

An hour wait... not too bad
